I love your garden photos and abstracts from the garden. Could you tell us what the abstracts are from? #2 looks like a pot with some moss growing on it and one looks like ice but I am guessing.

I had hoped to print these photos off in a very large format -- but the color is difficult to replicate -- so I think I will save the cost of printing them for now.
To answer your question, the pot is part of a large copper hose storage bin... it had just started to oxidize a bit.
The other item is actually a glass bug jar, (don't worry, no bugs lives were lost in the contraption!), that had undulating colors that I'm not sure I was quite able to capture with the lens. The camera was still fairly new to me at the time, I think I could do better now that I know how to work it a bit better - but I will have to wait for summer to try again.
